Here's phpwiki-1.3.10 (the latest "unstable" version from the homepage" - works fine for me, and seems quite a bit better than 1.2.x). You should also consider marking 1.2.4 as stable on x86 as it works well, and this would reduce confusion between 1.2 and 1.3.
