The sux package contains double quotation marks at the beginning of the description, which isn't accounted for in the packages.gentoo.org "latest packages" sidebar's helpful title attribute in the HTML. Consequently, the sux package appears to have no HTML title attribute.

It may be that the description's double quotes could be replaced with single quotes.

The issue is that the ebuild description string is not escaped when it is inserted into the html.  String needs to be escaped.
