Some small updates/bugfixes. Most impacting is the queue optimisation (see bellow).

Upstream warn:
NOTE: Due to changes in this release, the queue will be converted when 2.2.0
is started for the first time. Job order, settings and data will be
preserved, but all jobs will be unpaused and URLs that did not finish
fetching before the upgrade will be lost!

Ebuild works fine except:
* 0003-use-gntp-1.0.patch should be remove (included by upstream);
* 0004-cfg-disable-NtfOSD-by-default.patch (chunk has been changed).

2.2.1 has been released. It contains just few changes/buxfixes compare to 2.2.0.
