Please NEVER attach tarballs to bugzilla.  Our docs section on www.gentoo.org has plenty of documentation about how to submit bugs.  Attach ONLY plaintext files, and do NOT attach binaries or digests or Manifests or ChangeLogs.

I'm sorry for the previus archive gzipped.
This one is the ebuild script in text/plain, I think that the bug could be reopen now.

eh, RESTRICT=fetch and the file wont be on our mirrors

ebuilds are just simple scripts; dont see how it puts us in trouble
