Description Michał Górny archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2017-08-12 06:53:32 UTC
On 2017-07-18 a mail inquiring project status was sent to project alias. I do not have any reply registered for this project.

If you have not received the mail, please contact me. If I missed your reply, then I'm sorry, please just let me know. Otherwise, please look into replying to that mail. The reply is important to determine the project status and the steps to follow.

Ping. Do we need to call for new project members?

I don't remember having received a mail, and I also don't find it right now.

I've taken over lxde a while ago because noone else was in the team, but the latest bumps have been made by other people. I'll try to reach out to people so we may be able to make them formal team members.

So to give the project status: I'm the only active member of the lxde project. I haven't found the mail from 2017 in my inbox, so not sure if it asked for more specifics.

I've lately gone through the bugs, done some bumps and closed many bugs. I think there are no major issues. Generally given that upstream isn't very active there isn't too much to do. Not sure how much future lxde has given it's still largely dependent on gtk2, but for now it seems to be in a reasonable state in Gentoo.

Closing this for now, if you need to know more please re-open or email me.
