Building net-analyzer/net-snmp-5.7.3 against dev-db/mariadb-10.2.7 fails with:

> ./.libs/libnetsnmptrapd.so: undefined reference to `load_defaults'
> ./.libs/libnetsnmptrapd.so: undefined reference to `my_init'

This is already a non-fatal problem with dev-db/mariadb-10.1.26:

snmptrapd_sql.c:447:5: warning: implicit declaration of function ‘load_defaults’ [-Wimplicit-function-declaration]

Fixed in 5.7.3_p3.
