s in summry colm will fail to install if asciidoc not installed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =dev-util/colm-0.13.0.5 assumoing that no app-text/asciidoc installed (or remove)
2. notice ebuild installation failure
3. emerge -1 app-text/asciidoc
4. emerge =dev-util/colm-0.13.0.5 is successful

Confirming the build failure without ascii-docs and that installing ascii-docs fixes the issue.

Can confirm it breaks without asciidoc and works when asciidoc is installed

just a humble reminder that this is a stopper for merging gnome (and probably kde too) as its in merge list when you "emerge gnome". that's quite straightforward fix for any developer...
