I just tried to install sys-block/sas2ircu-19 from portage, which is fetch restricted due to LSI's EULA, only to find that LSI has removed version P19 from their site after releasing version P20... Of course, there's no useful public changelog that I can find. Still, it seems reasonable to just ask for a version bump anyway. P20 was released on 05/06/2016 if LSI's release date is to be believed; apparently affected Gentoo users are rather rare ;-) I would expect the ebuild to work fine with just a rename. The utility seems to work fine when unpacked manually.
