this is an initial ebuild for xdms version 1.3.1. xdms uncompresses DMS disk images. DMS disk image is a compressed format that was used on the AmigaOS. This is useful with app-emu/uae, since lots of emulated amiga software is distributed as dms images.

I switched over to maintain xdms, since the original author hasn't touched it for 4 years. Newest changes include a configure script and switch to using C99 types.
