I have a couple of computers that don't ever print and never will, so the flag cups is disabled; everything works perfectly and I can "print" to PDF from Firefox and Qupzilla. I've tried to install Vivaldi and seen it requires CUPS. Could you please remove that dependency, since, as said before, print support isn't necessary at all for web browsing nor even to "print" a webpage to a PDF document? Regards.
/opt/vivaldi/vivaldi-bin is linked against libcups, so I very much doubt it would be possible to remove the dependency on net-print/cups.

Didn't know that. It's so absurd to force users to install unneccesary software when one just wants to browse the web... Thanks for explaining. I'll try to ask Vivaldi developers if next versions coub be "print free".
