Step from https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Handbook:AMD64/Installation/Base

I tried two times from start, step by step through documentation.

Also, this is not critical but my $PS1 is `localhost` while in documentation it is a `root`.

Vitaly, thank you for the report. 
Please point the developers directly to the mistake in the Handbook like in the second comment.

We can work on the second comment, but please open a new ticket for the other problem.

In order to help you with the installation and find the mistake, we have different support channels [1]. 
Ideal will be #gentoo on IRC, I think.

I remember, that I missed a step in the manual, because I was was impatient during my first installations.

About the "localhost", I had a look at it. This is a problem with our wiki template, where "root commands" look like that.
But I agree, that this is confusing and one fears that a step was missing. 
We will think about a solution.

which line is root in the documentation where it should be `localhost`?
