This looks like an exact duplicate of bug 624214 which was definitely fixed in git commit ac0567ccfe0ffa5f62b7d7f77a4266c723ca7b59 - I can not reproduce this test failure (with kholidays unmerged before trying).

hhm, happened today at 13.0-desktop-plasma_20170716-132301 too, shall I attach all log files - maybe there's a pattern compared to the one here are already attached ?

There's been lots of changes to this package and this hasn't come up for a long time, please re-open if it persists.
