A clang 4.0-compatible version was tagged a couple days ago.

Thank you for the bump request. Was it really released or just tagged? 
You can help the maintainer with further information:
Does a simple bump [1] work on your system? 
Chances are high, because a first look on the bump revealed only small changes.

In case of last-minute upstream changes please feel free to reopen
and we'll tweak the ebuild to use updated tarball.
