ATM it syncs on rsync://rsync.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage. Could you please grand access to our master-mirror and set up a dns-record?

Ian, 

Just checked your mirror:
rsync: failed to connect to 62.75.252.192: Connection refused
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(88)

I'm closing the bug due to inactivity, let me know if you get that fixed up and I can work on adding it into the rotation.
