This is common bug for all packages with strong signed assemblies. It is caused by recent changes in mono. See mono 5 release notes - http://www.mono-project.com/docs/about-mono/releases/5.0.0/

I see quite a lot of packages in ::dotnet depend on dev-dotnet/nuget that is pending removal.
