nessus-core should depend on nessus-libraries, checked the ebuild and it does not depend on it specifically.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u nessus
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
checking for a BSD compatible install... /bin/install -c 
checking for nessus-config... no 
configure: error: 
 
*** nessus-libraries is not installed ! You need to install it before you 
compile nessus-core. 
Get it at ftp://ftp.nessus.org/pub/nessus/
