For consistency across the Gentoo sites, I'd like to transition the section headings and links (navbar or other) to sentence case. The Guidelines on the wiki have been advising this for years. Wiki is entirely sentence case. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Gentoo_Wiki:Guidelines#Titles_and_section_headings Sentence case is easier on the eyes has better flow. I understand perhaps not everyone would agree, but I imagine almost no one will notice. The alternative here is title case, which seems to be a lot less popular around the web. For info on Sentence case vs. Title case see this article: https://www.snappysentences.com/sentence-case-v-title-case/

The only header that was left to adjust was "Infra Status" site in the Tyrian drop down menu, which was completed in the following commit: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/sites/wiki/skin-tyrian.git/commit/?id=764be2f412d4d7184064e2a2e32641c8c150cdb2 The rest was handled via MediaWiki:Sidebar page via ris' changes here: https://wiki.gentoo.org/index.php?title=MediaWiki%3ASidebar&type=revision&diff=1269662&oldid=1200957
