Whenever I try to install xfce-base/exo-0.11.4:0 and www-client/vivaldi-1.10.867.46_p1 simultaneously I get a file collision error. By-the-way I didn't have this conflict with earlier versions of xfce-base/exo.
Could you diff the two files if you still have the build tree in place? Long story short, xfce upstream added a few browser files to the new exo version. I'm not sure if third-party packages are really supposed to install anything there.

Ok, Xfce upstream replied by removing vivaldi.desktop from exo. I'll commit an update to our exo ebuild that removes the file today.
