Outout of emerge --info

Stable version of app-text/calibre is 2.78
Stable version of app-text/podofo is 0.9.6_pre20170508-r1


So,
emerge app-text/calibre

Expected behaviour
        Calibre emerges

Observed behaviour
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy ">=app-text/podofo-0.8.2:0/0=".
(dependency required by "app-text/calibre-2.78.0::gentoo" [installed])
(dependency required by "@selected" [set])
(dependency required by "@world" [argument])

Apparent cause of problem
app-text/podofo-0.8.2 is not in portage any more.

Suggestion - version bump for calibre?

Remediation - add app-text/calibre to /etc/portage/package.accept_keywords

Results - calibre emerges happily

The calibre package is suppose to be rebuilt automatically by a command like this:

   emerge --update --deep @world

Maybe the rebuild didn't trigger because of an emerge bug.
