This is a complete rewrite with all the features anyone could want from a package moving tool (hopefuly ;))

1.0 can do the following:
 * move
 * rename
 * move & rename
 * remove

It also has reverse dep checking/updating
and gpg signing for manifests. 

a gentoolkit-dev release ASAP would be cool :)
