x11-misc/libinput-gestures-2.26 version bump

x11-misc/libinput-gestures-2.26 adds support for the updated command line utilities in dev-libs/libinput-1.8.0. libinput still provides stubs for the old commands so x11-misc/libinput-gestures-2.19, which is currently in the tree, is not broken but it generates warnings.
