Hi everyone,

I've been playing around with OpenDMARC and noticed that import/reporting tools require DBD-mysql but it is not installed as a part of ebuild.

Would be great to fix that.

Hmmm, this would pull in the mysqlclient lib for all installs, including those who only use the library part.

It seems more specifically to require a configure-set sql backend.

I added this behind USE=reports (default).
