That failure isn't arm64 specific, but gemato-manifest-generation specific.
I checked in a workaround that should do the trick.
arm64 stable. I suggest removing old, then m68k/s390 should notice as well and do it - bugs don't seem looked at and arch profiles are experimental.
Closing, lacking arches can catch up on the next stable req.
