teamviewer11 and teamviewer12 both use system-wine USE flag.

I saw similar things on a windows machine. 
We do not know, what this closed source software really does and there is no chance to fix it in the ebuild. 

You can open a bug report upstream and link it here.
Please reopen this ticket, if there is a reason to expect a bug in the ebuild.
