fftw 2.1.5-r1 fails to emerge complaining of symlink errors.. when emerged using SINGLE=yes emerge fftw, i get a traceback error. after that point, i no longer get the symlink error, and always get the traceback.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge fftw
2.SINGLE=yes emerge fftw
3.emerge fftw
Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
emerge succesfuly

!!! Using `which gcc` to gcc locate version, this may break
!!! DISTCC, installing gcc-config and setting your current gcc
!!! profile will fix this
