Whenever I attempt to emerge the 1.3.2 build of app-office/openoffice-ximian, I get the following error message:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a command shell.
2. Enter the command emerge app-office/openoffice-ximian


Actual Results:  
I received the error message about the icu module needing to be rebuilt.

Expected Results:  
OpenOffice Ximian Edition should have compiled without a problem.
