emerge --info

Hello, every time when I emerge media-libs/mesa-13.0.5, the monitor will get no signal in the middle, and the sound of fan will get louder for about 2s. but the computer is still running. And I can not wake the monitor up using keyboard. I have to reset the computer. My video card is Radeon HD 7750.

It is sad to read that you have problems with the software.
We can not help you efficiently via bug tracker. The bug tracker aims rather on specific problems in .ebuilds and less on individual systems.

I have had very good experience on the gentoo IRC [1] and stackexchange with questions like this. Of course there are also forums and mailing lists [2,3,4].
I hope you understand, that I will close the bug here therefore and wish you good luck on one of the mentioned channels.

I close the ticket here, because I can not see a specific problem with an ebuild here and we can not discuss in a bug tracker. Please reopen the ticket, if there is a reason to believe the ebuild is broken. I hope I could help you with the links
