Please try to file a github pull request with this. Apparently active proxy-maint@ members can not handle bugzilla contributions, while the docs says to use that, and don't have procedures in place to be able to filter the huge bug list regarding bug reports vs ready to include contributions via agreed upon bugzilla keywords or otherwise.
