Description Chris Gottbrath 2004-08-27 09:36:00 UTC
I just filed a bug on qpkg and was told that qpkg is depreciated.

If equery is what I should be using then it would be nice if it had a man page.

The unfinished man page makes me think that the tool is unfinished and is part of the reason that I still use qpkg (which at least has documentation).

Yes, I know i can do equery -h and I know I can read the code.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
equery(1) equery(1)

Comment 1 Chris Rebert 2004-09-01 21:12:13 UTC
this sounds like a dupe of bug 40830, and it already has a manpage
Comment 2 Marius Mauch (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-10-10 15:57:39 UTC
should be fixed in gentoolkit-0.2.0_pre10
