Said section which is kept in a separate manpage by systemd seems to have been added twice at the end of udev(7) (once in a slighly modified form).

Perhaps this section could be replaced with a more explanatory description of how HWDB works, what purpose it serves and how it is used.

thanks.  this will be fixed in the next release 3.2.5
