I wanted to emerge evolution, as a dependencie yelp is emerged but it says that libgpg-error.la is missing.
Here is the error message :

Add dev-libs/libgpg-error to RDEPEND.

it's a dep of a dep thats still referenced, yelp certainly does not need that lib. Rebuild the libs that were built against libgpg-error.
