 * If you have just updated your major Perl version (e.g. from 5.20.2 to 5.22.0),
 * and have run perl-cleaner _after_ that update, then this means most likely
 * that these packages are buggy. Please file a bug on http://bugs.gentoo.org/ and
 * report that perl-cleaner needed to reinstall the following list:
 *   net-irc/irssi:0

Hi Perl team

Could someone help with this message? I'm not quite sure what the problem is here. Why would perl-cleaner complain about irssi being buggy?

Sorry for getting back to you so late. As per an IRC discussion with Kent, we need more info as to the state of your system when this error message cropped up. This specific version of irssi is not in the tree anymore so I guess it's going to be a tad hard for you to reproduce this bug. Let's close this bug report for the time being. Please make sure to reopen it if perl-cleaner does complain during future updates of irssi. Thanks!
