net-libs/polarssl is not longer maintained and has open security issues, so i want to remove it from the main tree. This bug is a blocker for it.

For your information: The project has been taken over and has a new name/package: mbedtls.

Got removed from -9999 and 2.4.2.

2.3.x series still has it but will be phased out soon.
