app-emulation/spice-0.13.3::gentoo was built with the following:
USE="gstreamer -libressl -lz4 -sasl -smartcard -static-libs" ABI_X86="64"
Comment 1 Matthias Maier gentoo-dev 2017-05-13 22:08:06 UTC
Please attach an $ emerge --info media-libs/gstreamer:1.0

In particular, is USE=introspection enabled for media-libs/gstreamer?
Comment 2 Matthias Maier gentoo-dev 2017-05-13 22:16:59 UTC
Can reproduce, no need for the additional emerge --info.
