What's that virtual:world about?

The ebuild itself clearly has the glib and libxml2 dependencies

I dunno too, I stopped that tinderbox image due to 3 similar bugs - the image might be broken, the question is, which package did that ...

seems like he managed to take this bug over for a tinderbox dev-python/subunit failure instead now somehow...

This particular build issue might be related to pkg-config issue https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=629704
