After performing an upgrade, I noticed that the existing binary of nitrogen seg-faults. I tried to recompile nitrogen and it fails to compile. The build log is attached.

After upgrading to gcc5 you need to follow instructions from:
https://www.gentoo.org/support/news-items/2015-10-22-gcc-5-new-c++11-abi.html
