Bug 61738 – guifications-2.0 should block gaim-0.82

Guifications-2.0 requires gaim-0.81 to be installed(when trying to reemerge guifications it tries to downgrade gaim). But when updating gaim from 0.81 to 0.82 there's no notification that guification won't work with that version. I've spend some time on this because gaim segfaults when guifications is still selected as plugin. I think there should be a blocker to avoid such confuseness.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge guifications-2.0
2. emerge gaim-0.82
3. enable guification plugin in gaim

Actual Results:  
segfault

Expected Results:  
alert me that guifications won't work with gaim-2.0

This applies to all plugins and prpls for gaim.  However then you'll be forced to remove guifications-2.0 in order to install gaim-0.82 and then install guifications-2.1.

guifications 2.1 has been released and is in portage.

The issue of plugins blocking the core app won't be resolve easily and think the system I have will produce the least number of catch-22s.
