patch to fix compile failure

Against kernel 4.11.0, linux-gpib-4.0.3 fails with

> dereferencing pointer to incomplete type 'struct signal_struct'

which is due to this change:

The attached patch against the bumped linux-gpib-4.0.4_rc2.ebuild fixes this issue.

sci-libs/linux-gpib-4.1.0 is in the tree for some time and compiles ok with 4.14
