The ebuild keyword is missing. There is nothing wrong with the program.

Please add "amd64" to the KEYWORDS for net-www/prozgui-2.0.5

ok, with the new patch it seems to work here (gcc-3.4 issue?). added ~amd64 keyword in CVS. thanks!
