Build log and output from emerge --info and emerge -pqv

When I attempt to emerge kde-apps/marble-17.04.0, src_configure fails because of a missing ki18n_install. It looks like this is a KDE-related dependency which the ebuild does not handle properly (I do not use KDE and have the kde use flag disabled globally). The issue does not occur with 16.12.3-r1, which builds on the same system without any issues.

I have attached the build log and the output of emerge -pqv '=kde-apps/marble-17.04.0::gentoo' and emerge --info '=kde-apps/marble-17.04.0::gentoo' as requested by the emerge error message.

This is the result of upstream moving translations into marble, which are part Qt5 and part KF5I18n, but upstream's release-script is adding ki18n_install unconditionally.

Thanks, 17.04.1 is now in tree.
