That's new... Thanks for reporting! I'll work it out shortly.
While fixing that, there's also this in the build log: 15:configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-rcpscp I'd say that's supposed to be "--with-rcp=scp" instead. It still ends up working because scp is the default.
Fixed in sys-cluster/torque-6.0.3
