patch for pax-utils-1.2.2 ebuild script

Emerging app-misc/pax-utils-1.2.2 with alternate prefix (--prefix / $EPREFIX) results in an error:

* QA Notice: the following files are outside of the prefix:
... content of package follows...

Attached is patch for the 1.2.2 ebuild of pax-utils that seems to do the job.

Interesting, I'm running without this on may Prefix systems, doesn't it run configure or something for you?
