Any idea as to why the connections are getting refused on your mirror? I've temporarily removed you from rotation until we can get that problem solved. Thanks!

Checked this mirror again this morning, and never got a response from it. Please reopen if you wish to still be a mirror. I removed you from rotation and your ACL entry.
