Created attachment 468992 [details] latte-dock-0.6.ebuild There is this new dock base on plasma internals, Latte Dock[1][2]. It integrates really well will Plasma and is direct competitor for Plank. [1]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-Oof_CRNG4 [2]https://github.com/psifidotos/Latte-Dock So, I wrote two ebuilds one for the stable 0.6 version and one live to work from git's master (9999). This is the repo in which they are stored for now: https://github.com/Petross404/testing/tree/master/kde-misc/latte-dock I provide metadata.xml, the manifest and the two ebuilds. :) This is one promising dock with future ahead.

I can be it's maintainer, no need to deny the ebuild due to lack of man power.
I've tested the 0.6 ebuild. It emerges fine and then it works well. Thanks :)
(In reply to Thomas Capricelli from comment #4) > I've tested the 0.6 ebuild. It emerges fine and then it works well. Thanks :) Try to use the ebuilds from my repo, not the attached because they are slightly different. All the ebuilds work, but these on the repo are fixed with the help of some devs and these ebuilds will be push on to the gentoo repo too. So...
Are you going to upload the improved ebuilds here or do you plan to file a PR?
(In reply to Andreas Sturmlechner from comment #6) > Are you going to upload the improved ebuilds here or do you plan to file a > PR? I will upload them here, if they are ready. But tomorrow :)

What is holding the merge in the tree?
Sorry about the delay, it's the usual lack of staffing problem. Fixed in git with some minor tweaks, thanks for your work. https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=c983b87c3cb0e24dddba1f35a2b23a6c3f73e70d
Nice! No worries though:)
