Please find attached scv-2.0.0a.ebuild for SystemC Verification Library.

The SystemC Verification (SCV) library provides a common set of APIs that are used as a basis to verification activities with SystemC (generation of values under constraints, transaction recording, etc.).

I suggest sci-electronics/scv. Also, this ebuild depends on sci-electronics/systemc-2.3.1a previously submitted.
