if the xmms keyword is enabled the xmms_plugin can't find the include for glib.h 

flac-1.1.0-r2

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge flac
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
!!! ERROR: media-libs/flac-1.1.0-r2 failed.
!!! Function src_compile, Line 52, Exitcode 2
!!! (no error message)



adding -I/usr/include/glib-2.0  or -I/usr/include/glib-1.2 could help

another is just -xmms is to put keywords, then just the plugin for xmms will not
be built.

works here with 1.1.1. please reopen if the issue persists
