calibre-2.82.0.ebuild

After upgrading to Calibre 2.80 I could not start the application due to a segmentation fault. I upgraded the dependencies according to https://github.com/kovidgoyal/build-calibre/blob/master/scripts/sources.json and updated the calibre version to 2.82.

Attached is my modified ebuild

Also to note, there is a new dependency on a jxrlib, but I couldn't find it in the Gentoo packages db:

"filename": "jxrlib_1.1.orig.tar.gz",
"urls": ["https://mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/j/jxrlib/{filename}"]

Same problem but after a rebuild of calibre program start fine

Thank you for the ebuild. Please attach it to a bump request

We can help the maintainer by telling in a few words, what had to be changed.

BTW: I can not reproduce the app-text/calibre-2.80.0 segmentation fault here too. Can we close this?
