fix for 2.4.0

~sys-apps/usb_modeswitch-2.4.0 (the most recent version currently in tree) is
broken for some modems.
At least D-Link DWM-157 B1 (2001:a707) is affected, probably others with "StandardEject=1" in config, too.

The problem lies in config file parsing (a patch, backported from version 2.5.0
is attached to this bug).

Either this patch needs to be added to sys-apps/usb_modeswitch-2.4.0 ebuild or
the package needs to be bumped to 2.5.0.
