Description Kilian 2017-03-16 23:18:15 UTC
Please give users (not only those using portage but also paludis users) the choice to use libressl and remove the use-flag mask from the base profile. With paludis, it is not possible to overwrite this mask. Thank you.

Reproducible: Always

I'm not sure that we're ready yet. You can try to do that locally and run repoman full on the entire tree to see what breaks.

I think its time. Do you want to try to create a pull request on github. I'll review and apply.

I notice packages are now coming through with the libressl USE flag during arch testing. Yet, there is no stable libressl package. How should we handle this with arch testing? It slows down automated testing.

unfortunately you can't automate this one.

Hi,

I noticed that there is now a stable libressl in the main portage tree. Maybe it is time to drop the mask now?

This is no longer masked in the base profile.
