patch to allow physics USE flag for dev-libs/efl on PowerPC / PowerPC64

After sci-physics/bubble has been merged, dev-libs/efl-1.18.4 compiles and runs with physics USE flag set on PowerPC / PowerPC64; x11-wm/enlightenment-0.21.7, linked against this version of efl, runs on the two archs.
Please consider removing the physics flag from dev-libs/efl in /usr/portage/profiles/arch/powerpc/package.use.mask

Hey, 

sorry to have this ignored for so long. Can you confirm this still works? I'm happy to try and get those restrictions removed if you can. 

There are two bugs open about not being able to compile efl-1.18.4-r1 on ppc/ppc64 machine. If you could confirm efl-1.18.4-r1 still compiles on ppc/ppc64 and with those USE flags, we could get this moving. 

I could use build.log and environment info too on this bug.

This version has been removed from the tree. Newer efl is currently being re-keyworded. Please confirm 'physics' USE flag works on later versions of EFL on a new bug, or re-open this one. Closing for now.
